Job Title:
AGRICULTURAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Details:
On the back of increased sales, and the Company’s commitment to ensuring excellent after-sales support to its customers, we are looking to recruit an additional Agricultural Service technician for our busy Melton workshop.

Ideally, you will have c. 5 years’ experience servicing and repairing tractors/combines (AGCO product experience is not essential as manufacturer training will be provided).

However, consideration would also be given to an "all rounder" with experience of working on machines outside of the agricultural industry.

You will pride yourself on your professionalism. You will have proven technical skills, a methodical approach to tasks set and excellent communication skills.

This is a physical role that requires a flexible approach to working hours (with a requirement to be on call out of hours on a rota basis) and will involve working on and off site.

Our commitment to you:

•Certificated, manufacturer/product training.

•A challenging job role with excellent opportunities to increase your skills.

•A competitive salary + contributory company pension scheme, company sick pay scheme, use of a company vehicle.

•The support of an employer interested in your success.
