We are looking to appoint a self-motivated professional, preferably with previous management experience in an agricultural/horticultural environment, to manage the Parts department at our Hinderclay branch.

The successful applicant will have responsibility for managing departmental performance in line with financial budget objectives. You will have excellent communication skills, lead by example and require high standards of performance from your team.

This role will require a flexible approach to working hours (with a requirement to be on call out of hours on a rota basis) to provide the level of service our customers expect.

Job Title:
TRAINEE PARTS PERSON
Details:
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person keen to work towards achieving a work-based apprenticeship.

You will need to be eager to learn, with good communication skills and a "can do" approach to tasks set.

Duties will include maintaining accurate records, telephone work, processing on-line parts orders, supplying parts and sundries to internal and external customers, data inputting, administration and maintaining retail showroom area.

This is a busy, varied role that requires a flexible approach to working hours. It is a physically demanding role that involves a significant amount of manual handling.
Qualifications:
5 GCSE's (or equivalent) desired, Grade C or above, to include English and Maths.

Good numeric skills are essential, as is accuracy and attention to detail.

Basic IT skills e.g. Data input, Email, Internet.

Job Title:
CHALLENGER SPECIALIST SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Details:
On the back of increased sales, and the Company’s commitment to ensuring excellent after-sales support to its customers, we are looking to recruit an additional Challenger Specialist Service technician at our Hinderclay branch.

Ideally, you will have c. 5 years’ experience servicing and repairing tractors and pride yourself on your professionalism. You will have proven technical skills, preferably working on the Challenger product, a methodical approach to tasks set and excellent communication skills.

The role requires a flexible approach to working hours (with a requirement to be on call out of hours on a rota basis) and will involve working on and off site.
