Job Title:
TEMPORARY PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATOR TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE
Details:

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills to join our friendly team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. You will be responsible for the timely and efficient answering and allocation of all telephone calls to branch; taking accurate messages and maintaining records is an important part of the role.

You will have an outgoing personality, a "can-do" attitude and a flexible approach to daily branch tasks.

In addition to reception duties, your role will involve data input, maintaining accurate records and general admin. You could also be called upon to assist the Parts dept. at peak times which could potentially involve a significant amount of manual handling.

This is a part-time role, 16 hours per week, working every Monday and Tuesday, 8am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Qualifications:
Previous experience of working in an office environment is desired with working knowledge of Microsoft office, data input experience and min. GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Maths Grade C or above

Job Title:
APPRENTICE SERVICE TECHNICIAN OPPORTUNITY
Details:
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person keen to work towards achieving an engineering apprenticeship.

You will need to be eager to learn, with good communication skills and a "can do" approach to tasks set; you must be willing to attend College on block release. An agricultural background would be an advantage.

Duties will include preparing machinery for delivery, testing, diagnosing and fault finding, repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery. You will also have administration responsibilities.

This is a busy, varied role that requires a flexible approach to working hours. It is a physically demanding role that involves a significant amount of manual handling.
